Producer’s Tasting Notes

Nose

Toasted nuts are evident upfront, followed closely by the light sweetness of dried fruits, notably raisins and apricots. A smooth and sweet caramel note binds the initial aromas, presenting a balanced and inviting scent profile that's straightforward and pleasantly rich.
Palate

The immediate arrival on the palate presents a warm, soft bite of sweet rye bread, delivering a mildly spiced and grain-forward base. Soon after, a gentle cascade of honey unfurls, effortlessly marrying the spiciness. Raisins and nuts then come into play, intertwining with the honeyed bread note.
Finish

A smooth, lingering finish ensues, where the residual sweetness of caramel gently fades into a subtle mocha echo. This allows for a delightful interplay between the soft, sugary undertones and the deeper, roasted bitterness of coffee and chocolate.
