GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Batch 4 marries whiskies from three 1991 vintage Pedro Ximénez Sherry puncheons, bottled at a cask strength of 51.5% ABV. This limited release of 2,000 bottles is presented without added colouring or chill filtration.

Its exquisite profile features scents of clementine zest, raisins, honeycomb, cocoa, fruit cake, and caramelized brown sugar. The palate boasts flavours of baking spices, rich chocolate, heather honey, treacle, orchard fruits, and black cherries, ending with a touch of sweetened espresso.
